Multidekor

extends lease

Our production and logistics center is located in the highest-rated sustainable industrial space.

Multidekor, a leader in the decoration and light installation market, has extended the lease of 23,000 square meters of space at Konotopa Park II, located near Warsaw.
On July 25, 2023, Savills Investment Management (Savills IM), an international investment manager, signed a lease extension agreement with Multidekor S.A. for approximately 23,000 square meters of space at the Konotopa Park II logistics center near Warsaw, ensuring that the tenant will remain at the facility for another seven years. Founded by brothers Grzegorz and Tomasz Podogrocki, Multidekor has been operating continuously in the holiday decoration industry since 1996, creating professional light installations for cities and shopping malls. Multidekor has been associated with Konotopa Park II since the facility’s inception in 2018. The company has established the largest and most modern Christmas illumination production center in this part of Europe, producing decorations for locations not only in Poland but also in Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Romania, and Hungary. Konotopa Park II houses a vast storage facility with multi-level warehousing and a service area. The warehouses, integrated with the production hall, facilitate efficient management of Multidekor’s global distribution.

The further development of our production and logistics center is a natural consequence of implementing Multidekor’s long-term strategy. We are continuously expanding our presence in global markets, thanks in part to the opportunities provided by the modern and well-connected space at Konotopa Park II. Additionally, it has a BREEAM ecological certification, which aligns perfectly with our responsible business policy. As an organization, we tailor all our actions to minimize their negative impact on the climate. This applies to every aspect of the company’s operations. We work for local communities, environmental aspects, and choose partners who, like us, value ecological care. Each year, when creating energy-efficient light installations and thematic scenographies for shopping malls, streets, and squares worldwide, we consider all related processes – from design, production, usage, recyclability, and the places where they are created and stored,
