Wrocław has joined the group of European Christmas markets attracting more than one million visitors. This record result confirms that the Wrocław Christmas Market is now one of the most important and fastest-growing seasonal events in the region. In the 2025/2026 season, the event welcomed 1,025,887 visitors, which represents a 26% increase compared to the previous edition. It is a success shared by the city, the organisers, local exhibitors and partners who together create one of Poland’s most recognisable winter attractions. We are proud that Multidekor’s Christmas decorations and light installations are part of the festive scenery of the Wrocław Christmas Market.
The magic described by the Mayor of Wrocław is created not only by the exhibitors, festive aromas and Christmas atmosphere, but also by a carefully designed public space that invites people to stop, experience and take photos. In the 2025/2026 season, more than one million people could see Multidekor’s decorations at the Wrocław Christmas Market. Illuminated photo spots, decorative installations and distinctive picture points helped create the fairytale atmosphere of the Market Square, strengthened the visibility of the event and naturally engaged visitors — residents, families, tourists and international guests. This is especially important because, despite strong tourist interest, the largest visitor group was still made up of Wrocław residents, who accounted for over 60% of all visitors.
The Wrocław Christmas Market is no longer just a seasonal winter attraction. It is also an important tool for city promotion, winter tourism development and support for the local economy. The event drives additional traffic to hotels, restaurants and service businesses, while more than 70% of the 230 exhibitors are entrepreneurs from Lower Silesia.
