Galeria Kazimierz in Krakow, in collaboration with Multidekor designers, presented a unique holiday decoration concept that harmoniously blends tradition with modernity. This individually designed arrangement reflects both the historical heritage and local folklore of Krakow, combined with modern technological elements.
First Holiday LED Carousel in Poland and Europe
The centerpiece of the decoration is the first fully aluminum-structured and LED-decorated holiday carousel in Poland and Europe. This innovative attraction draws visitors with its glow and modern design, making it an ideal spot for family photos and memories.
A very important element of the decoration was referencing Krakow’s art and tradition, especially Krakow’s nativity scenes, which are on the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List. Multidekor designers created the largest light nativity scene in Europe, which, with its impressive size and details, references Krakow’s holiday traditions. This extraordinary installation, full of colors and details, transports visitors to the magical world of the holidays, highlighting the uniqueness of Krakow’s culture.
Blending Two Worlds
Galeria Kazimierz is a place where the past meets the future. The area in front of the gallery, with its historical brick buildings, harmoniously blends with the modern facility filled with technological novelties such as LED screens. The decoration had to combine these two worlds, which is why semi-transparent materials imitating glass were used, creating a cohesive and elegant arrangement.
Decorations at Galeria Kazimierz are not only about aesthetics but also interactivity. Our photo frame is equipped with sound effects, and the Christmas tree changes colors when someone passes by thanks to a photocell. Projections from projectors are displayed on the gallery walls, further enriching the holiday atmosphere.
Thanks to the individually designed holiday decoration concept, Galeria Kazimierz has become a place where tradition meets modernity, and the magic of the holidays is felt at every step. This unique arrangement attracts both Krakow residents and tourists, offering unforgettable experiences and moments full of holiday glow.
