Fairy-tale land of lights
The winter twilight in front of Posnania was brightened by Multidekor’s designed decorations, which effectively transformed the largest shopping center in Greater Poland into a fairy-tale land of lights. Over 15-meter light curtains elegantly surrounded the entrance, creating a grand introduction to a magical world, where among the silver and gold lights, one can find not only traditional Christmas symbols. Next to the Christmas tree, one finds a glowing menagerie with reindeer, chamois, a fox, and fawns.
Spectacular Christmas illuminations for shopping centers
Inside the gallery stretches a Christmas garland, creating an endless path of light and color leading to Santa’s Alpine Village – a place covering over 200 square meters, where the magic of Christmas comes alive anew. This unique place attracts crowds of customers, offering unforgettable experiences and numerous attractions.
Multidekor created the individual decoration concept for the facility even during the construction phase, located among residential estates. The investor wanted to propose a new quality, especially since there was already a large, thriving competitive shopping facility in the immediate vicinity. It was decided to introduce world-class decoration standards, which only Multidekor could meet. Our flexibility and openness in seeking unconventional solutions paid off, resulting in an extraordinary Christmas arrangement.
As part of the decoration, we built a wooden house in a 1:1 scale, surrounded by multimedia solutions. Children had the chance to really peek into another dimension, watching the first film in Poland designed for display on special TVs. Moving attractions such as a glowing reindeer moving its mouth, moving decorations, and a skill play area for children provided unforgettable experiences for the youngest.
As a base, we used 3D paving stones, which, due to their durability, serve to this day. Posnania is one of the first facilities in Poland with double vitrines on the 2nd floor. We faced this challenge and appropriately scaled the elements. In Posnania, artistic installations hang permanently, among which we not only install decorations but also ensured they formed a harmonious background for these works. Multidekor decorations were so extensive that transporting them required up to 20 trucks.
